“Nós estudamos e fomos aprovados no concurso público. A gente não está querendo favor. A vaga é nossa. Agradeço, em nome dos demais colegas, pela disponibilidade do deputado Wellington, que é quem está intermediando essa conversa”, disse a professora Elaine.
Wellington, por sua vez, destacou que a Assembleia Legislativa está à disposição e ressaltou o Projeto “De olho nas escolas”, que o permite conhecer a realidade das escolas públicas do Maranhão.
“Conhecemos a realidade das nossas escolas públicas e sabemos que faltam sim professores. Há aprovados no último concurso e, até o presente momento, a Prefeitura não convocou. Continuaremos à disposição em defesa dos nossos professores e demais profissionais. Não é favor, mas sim obrigação”, pontuou Wellington.
Após reunião com o Ministério Público, a Prefeitura de São Luis comprometeu-se em apresentar um cronograma de convocação dos aprovados no concurso.
