Juiz constatou uma “aparente viol\u00eancia simb\u00f3lica” contra as convic\u00e7\u00f5es religiosas da\u00a0Casa Fanti-Ashanti.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

A liberdade de culto religioso n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma garantia absoluta e deve\u00a0sofrer limita\u00e7\u00e3o quando o seu exerc\u00edcio extrapolar os limites da razoabilidade, a ponto de invadir a esfera de direitos de terceiros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com esse entendimento, a Vara de Interesses Difusos e Coletivos de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, em liminar, proibiu tr\u00eas pastores de perturbar ou interromper cultos feitos na Casa Fanti-Ashanti, um centro das religi\u00f5es candombl\u00e9 e tambor de Mina. Os r\u00e9us tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o impedidos de promover manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es que ameacem, ofendam ou agridam religi\u00f5es de matriz africana e afro-brasileiras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No \u00faltimo m\u00eas de abril, um grupo de integrantes da Igreja Pentecostal Jeov\u00e1 Nissi e da Igreja Minist\u00e9rio de Gide\u00f5es, sob a lideran\u00e7a dos tr\u00eas pastores, iniciaram uma manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o em frente ao terreiro, com carro de som, faixas e panfletos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os fi\u00e9is crist\u00e3os gritaram palavras de ordem voltadas \u00e0s religi\u00f5es afro-brasileiras, \u00e0 casa e aos seus integrantes. Tamb\u00e9m estenderam as m\u00e3os em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao templo, como se pretendessem exorciz\u00e1-lo. Ap\u00f3s o epis\u00f3dio, a Defensoria P\u00fablica estadual acionou a Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O juiz Douglas de Melo Martins constatou uma “aparente viol\u00eancia simb\u00f3lica” contra as convic\u00e7\u00f5es religiosas da Casa Fanti-Ashanti. “A for\u00e7a das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es emanadas pelos requeridos n\u00e3o aparenta mero proselitismo, pois as frases de ordem tentam comunicar uma hierarquia entre as cren\u00e7as”, apontou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo o magistrado, a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o teria apenas o intuito de express\u00e3o religiosa ou evangeliza\u00e7\u00e3o, mas visaria afrontar os frequentadores do terreiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00f3dio e amea\u00e7a \u00e0 liberdade religiosa, amparadas em preceitos divinos, podem facilmente acirrar \u00e2nimos, segregar pessoas, e evoluir para atos de viol\u00eancia f\u00edsica e moral irrevers\u00edveis contra indiv\u00edduos, locais de cultos, liturgias e grupos \u00e9tnicos”, assinalou Martins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
