para o embarque e desembarque de passageiros de transporte por aplicativo no Aeroporto Internacional Marechal Cunha Machado, em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, no Maranh\u00e3o, levaram o Instituto de Promo\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesa do Cidad\u00e3o e Consumidor (Procon) a ingressar na justi\u00e7a contra a Uber e a concession\u00e1ria administradora do terminal, a CCR Aeroportos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por meio de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o civil p\u00fablica, motivada por den\u00fancias do deputado estadual Duarte Jr., o \u00f3rg\u00e3o de defesa exige que a empresa de transportes e a administradora do aeroporto providenciem a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o, disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7o e ambienta\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do embarque e desembarque de passageiros que utilizam o aplicativo Uber no aeroporto da capital maranhense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Recebemos a den\u00fancia oficiada pelo deputado Duarte Jr., atrav\u00e9s da qual chegou ao nosso conhecimento o descaso acerca da falta de seguran\u00e7a e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do embarque e desembarque de passageiros da Uber no Aeroporto de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, onde os motoristas parceiros da empresa de transporte e taxistas disputam um \u00fanico espa\u00e7o, n\u00e3o havendo um local espec\u00edfico e seguro para os consumidores utilizarem nenhum dos servi\u00e7os<\/em>\u201d,
