O presidente da Assembleia Legislativa, Othelino Neto, aplaude um dos atos da solenidade que marcou o in\u00edcio do Ano Judici\u00e1rio de 2023<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

O presidente da Assembleia Legislativa do Maranh\u00e3o, deputado Othelino Neto (PCdoB), prestigiou, na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (25), a sess\u00e3o solene de abertura do Ano Judici\u00e1rio de 2023, realizada na Sala das Sess\u00f5es Plen\u00e1rias do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Maranh\u00e3o (TJMA). A solenidade foi conduzida pelo presidente da Corte, desembargador Paulo Velten, com a presen\u00e7a dos demais membros do Tribunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tamb\u00e9m participaram da cerim\u00f4nia o procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a do Maranh\u00e3o, Eduardo Nicolau; o prefeito de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, Eduardo Braide (PSD); o presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, vereador Paulo Victor (PCdoB); a corregedora-geral do MPMA, Themis Pacheco; o presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Magistrados do Maranh\u00e3o (AMMA), Hol\u00eddice Barros; a deputada estadual eleita Iracema Vale (PSB), entre outras autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na ocasi\u00e3o, Othelino Neto reiterou a import\u00e2ncia da rela\u00e7\u00e3o institucional harm\u00f4nica mantida entre os Poderes constitu\u00eddos (Legislativo, Judici\u00e1rio e Executivo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Reafirmamos o respeito e a independ\u00eancia entre a Assembleia Legislativa e o Judici\u00e1rio maranhense que, al\u00e9m de serem fundamentais para o Estado, fazem com que a sociedade e a democracia saiam sempre ganhando”, disse o chefe do Parlamento Estadual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trabalho<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O presidente do TJMA, desembargador Paulo Velten, falou sobre as expectativas para o novo ano de trabalho. “Seguiremos realizando uma gest\u00e3o focada na amplia\u00e7\u00e3o dos investimentos visando \u00e0 melhoria da estrutura de trabalho e do apoio aos nossos juizes. Fazer o melhor por uma justi\u00e7a mais humana, inclusiva e pr\u00f3xima dos cidad\u00e3os \u00e9 o nosso lema”, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Velten tamb\u00e9m agradeceu a parceria com o Legislativo maranhense. “Fa\u00e7o um agradecimento especial ao presidente Othelino Neto, que, de maneira s\u00e9ria e competente, tem conduzido os trabalhos na Casa do Povo. Nosso apre\u00e7o se estende aos demais deputados, que sempre trataram os projetos de interesse do Judici\u00e1rio com a celeridade necess\u00e1ria”, completou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
