A oficiala de justi\u00e7a da Central de Mandados da Comarca da Ilha de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds Juliana Costa identificou sinais de viol\u00eancia contra a mulher, ao chegar, para cumprir ordem judicial, no endere\u00e7o de um acusado de suposta pr\u00e1tica de crime praticado em contexto de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar contra a mulher. O homem havia sido denunciado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, no final de janeiro deste ano, e a oficiala foi at\u00e9 a resid\u00eancia do denunciado entregar o mandado de cita\u00e7\u00e3o para ele responder \u00e0 acusa\u00e7\u00e3o, por meio de advogado ou defensor, no prazo de 10 dias, na 3\u00aa Vara da Mulher, que funciona no F\u00f3rum Des. Sarney Costa (Calhau).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ao chegar \u00e0 resid\u00eancia do denunciado para cumprir o mandado de cita\u00e7\u00e3o, na tarde dessa quarta-feira (16), e apresentar as suas credenciais, Juliana Costa n\u00e3o conseguiu avistar o acusado, que se encontrava no interior do im\u00f3vel e evitou ir ao encontro da oficial. Ela percebeu, por\u00e9m, que a esposa do acusado parecia apreensiva e apresentava marcas de agress\u00e3o recente pelo corpo, como hematomas no rosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De imediato, Juliana Costa comunicou o fato ao secret\u00e1rio da Central de Mandados, Charles Pimentel, que realizou consulta no sistema PJe (Processo Judicial eletr\u00f4nico) e verificou que havia contra o denunciado uma medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia em vigor, inclusive, com afastamento do lar, o que indicava o descumprimento de ordem judicial, pass\u00edvel de pris\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Central de Mandados entrou em contato com a Patrulha Maria da Penha, servi\u00e7o da Pol\u00edcia Militar do Maranh\u00e3o, que enviou uma viatura ao local e realizou a pris\u00e3o do acusado por descumprir medida protetiva. Neste momento, a oficiala de justi\u00e7a aproveitou a oportunidade e deu cumprimento ao mandado de cita\u00e7\u00e3o, que fora objeto da sua dilig\u00eancia.

\u201cFoi um ato de intelig\u00eancia e de perspic\u00e1cia. Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 atitude dela, foi poss\u00edvel prender um agressor que descumpria uma medida protetiva e poderia amea\u00e7ar a integridade f\u00edsica da sua companheira\u201d, destacou o secret\u00e1rio da Central de Mandados, parabenizando Juliana Costa pela atitude.

Nos grupos de WhatsAap de oficiais de justi\u00e7a, o exemplo da servidora repercutiu de forma positiva e ela recebeu v\u00e1rias mensagens cumprimentando-a pelo comportamento exemplar. \u201cQue a atitude dela contagie a nossa unidade, para fazermos um pouco mais do que se espera de n\u00f3s\u201d, disse o oficial Adoniran Sousa. \u201cParab\u00e9ns pela coragem\u201d, felicitou outro colega de trabalho.
