A deputada federal Amanda Gentil, do PP do Maranh\u00e3o, foi a relatora do projeto de lei aprovado pela C\u00e2mara e que ir\u00e1 \u00e0 san\u00e7\u00e3o presidencial<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

A C\u00e2mara dos Deputados aprovou nesta quarta-feira (8) projeto de lei que garante \u00e0 mulher o direito de troca de implante mam\u00e1rio colocado em virtude de tratamento de c\u00e2ncer sempre que houver complica\u00e7\u00f5es ou efeitos adversos. A proposta, que teve como relatora a deputada federal Amanda Gentil (PP-MA), ser\u00e1 enviada \u00e0 san\u00e7\u00e3o presidencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ao comentar a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta, Amanda Gentil alertou para o trauma sofridas pelas mulheres acometidas por uma enfermidade que deixa sequelas t\u00e3o graves. \u201cTratar o c\u00e2ncer n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas tratar o tumor, mas tamb\u00e9m a paciente, psicologicamente e fisicamente\u201d, afirmou a parlamentar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O texto aprovado \u00e9 um substitutivo do Senado para o Projeto de Lei 2113\/19, da deputada Laura Carneiro (PSD-RJ), e prev\u00ea ainda acompanhamento psicol\u00f3gico e multidisciplinar especializado das mulheres que sofrerem mutila\u00e7\u00e3o total ou parcial de mama em raz\u00e3o do tratamento de c\u00e2ncer. Esse acompanhamento dever\u00e1 ocorrer desde o diagn\u00f3stico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As normas valer\u00e3o tanto para o setor privado quanto para o Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade (SUS). No \u00e2mbito do SUS, o projeto determina tamb\u00e9m que o procedimento seja realizado no prazo de 30 dias ap\u00f3s a indica\u00e7\u00e3o do m\u00e9dico assistente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
