Sarney Costa (Calhau), em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, o julgamento do policial militar Carlos Eduardo Nunes Pereira, acusado de feminic\u00eddio contra sua ex-companheira Bruna L\u00edcia Fonseca Pereira e de homic\u00eddio contra Jos\u00e9 Willian dos Santos Silva. O crime ocorreu no dia 25 de janeiro de 2020, por volta 13h30, no apartamento onde a mulher morava, no bairro Vicente Fialho, na capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O j\u00fari popular ocorrer\u00e1 no sal\u00e3o da 3\u00aa Vara do Tribunal do J\u00fari, localizado no primeiro andar do F\u00f3rum, e ser\u00e1 presidido pelo juiz titular da unidade judici\u00e1ria, Jos\u00e9 Ribamar Goulart Heluy J\u00fanior. Na acusa\u00e7\u00e3o atuar\u00e1 o promotor de justi\u00e7a Samaroni Maia. Ser\u00e3o ouvidas oito testemunhas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com a den\u00fancia, no dia do crime, as v\u00edtimas, que trabalhavam na mesma empresa, e um colega de trabalho haviam decidido almo\u00e7ar juntos e aguardavam o almo\u00e7o pedido pelo aplicativo de celular. O denunciado entrou no apartamento usando fardamento da PM e com uma arma de fogo (pistola calibre 40), indo diretamente ao quarto onde estavam as duas v\u00edtimas. Ap\u00f3s atirar nos dois, ele permaneceu no interior do apartamento at\u00e9 a chegada da pol\u00edcia, entregando a arma, sendo preso em flagrante.
