A tentativa de sabotagem ao grandioso empreendimento entregue pela Prefeitura de Caxias e de estimular o caos  urbanistico est\u00e1 registrada em um v\u00eddeo que circula nas redes sociais e em aplicativos de mensagem, o que configura grave afronta \u00e0 lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No documento, a C\u00e2mara Municipal condena o esc\u00e1rnio demonstrado pelos dois pol\u00edticos para com a Casa, que aprovou um conjunto de leis destinadas a promover a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o ordenada do espa\u00e7o p\u00fablico no munic\u00edpio de Caxias. Al\u00e9m de rep\u00fadio, a nota cont\u00e9m uma advert\u00eancia ao vereador Daniel Barros, por ser ele integrante da institui\u00e7\u00e3o e ter o dever de preserv\u00e1-la, uma vez que prestou juramento e assumiu tal compromisso ao tomar posse do mandato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2023\/05\/Screenshot_20230509-0237223.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" C\u00e2mara Municipal apontou que a tentativa de induzir os comerciantes informais a continuar ocupando \u00e1reas p\u00fablicas de forma ilegal, t\u00e3o somente para incitar a desordem, representa quebra de decoro parlamentar e viola\u00e7\u00e3o do dever de zelar e preservar as institui\u00e7\u00f5es do Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No trecho final da nota, o parlamento municipal reafirma a sua indigna\u00e7\u00e3o com o comportamento dos dois citados e lembra, no caso espec\u00edfico de Daniel Barros, que a liberdade de express\u00e3o deve ser praticada com responsabilidade e que eventuais abusos e distor\u00e7\u00f5es no exerc\u00edcio das prerrogativas do cargo de vereador est\u00e3o sujeitos a consequ\u00eancias. &#8220;A C\u00e2mara Municipal \u00e9
