A qualidade de vida\u00a0na velhice est\u00e1 associada a\u00a0vida\u00a0ativa: a busca por h\u00e1bitos saud\u00e1veis como atividade f\u00edsica, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e a manter a mente estimulada com novas atividades. Outro fator associado \u00e0\u00a0qualidade de vida\u00a0na terceira idade s\u00e3o as rela\u00e7\u00f5es sociais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E compartilhando com essas diretrizes de vida saud\u00e1vel, o S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds Shopping iniciou o projeto gratuito 60+Feliz com o objetivo de incentivar a pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos para o p\u00fablico da terceira idade. S\u00e3o atividades \u2013 aulas de dan\u00e7a, gin\u00e1stica e alongamento — que acontecem todas \u00e0s quartas-feiras, das 10h \u00e0s 11h, na Pra\u00e7a de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do piso 2.\u00a0 As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser feitas pelo whats (98) 9991280050.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na terceira idade, a atividade f\u00edsica \u00e9 essencial para estimular a mem\u00f3ria e coordena\u00e7\u00e3o motora e, quando aliada ao conv\u00edvio social com outras pessoas, pode levar a uma melhora ou estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as neurol\u00f3gicas, como Alzheimer e Parkinson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A professora de educa\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica do projeto, Ana Teresa Ramos, considera excelente a iniciativa do shopping em proporcionar aos idosos atividades para melhorar a qualidade de vida. Ela destaca que a ades\u00e3o ao projeto tem sido muito boa e a cada semana mais pessoas comparecem ao shopping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto entre idosos tem sido muito boa. Al\u00e9m das atividades, est\u00e3o sendo criados la\u00e7os afetivos. J\u00e1 foi criado inclusive um grupo de whats, o que \u00e9 muito bom para a quest\u00e3o social e emocional do idoso\u201d, afirmou Ana Teresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com o gerente de Marketing do S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds Shopping, Igor Quartin, o projeto j\u00e1 apresenta bons resultados. \u201cJ\u00e1 estamos atendendo um bom p\u00fablico e a tend\u00eancia \u00e9 crescer a cada semana.
