E atrav\u00e9s da Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o desta casa, disponibilizaremos outdoors, busdoors e outros meios para divulg\u00e1-las na cidade\u201d, explicou o vereador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre as que foram promulgadas, a Lei n\u00ba 7.191\/ 23, de autoria de Concita Pinto, assegura aos usu\u00e1rios com defici\u00eancia e idosos do transporte p\u00fablico coletivo da capital maranhense o direito de descerem fora do ponto de \u00f4nibus. Tamb\u00e9m da vereadora, a Lei n\u00ba 7.209\/ 23 disp\u00f5e sobre a obrigatoriedade na rede p\u00fablica de Sa\u00fade e da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de exames, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e rastreamento para diagn\u00f3stico precoce do Transtorno de Espectro Autista. Ainda de Concita, a Lei n\u00ba 7.299\/23 disp\u00f5e sobre a reserva de, no m\u00ednimo, 5% das vagas de emprego na \u00e1rea da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil de obras p\u00fablicas para pessoas do sexo feminino<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De Chico Carvalho, a Lei n\u00ba 7.143\/23 institui o Programa de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Antidrogas nas escolas de Rede Municipal de ensino, com a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do selo Escola sem Droga. Outra do vereador promulgada nesta segunda-feira, a de n\u00ba 7.152\/23 autoriza o Executivo Municipal a celebrar conv\u00eanios com cl\u00ednicas m\u00e9dicas, visando a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do programa \u201cMeia consulta\u201d junto a pacientes hipossuficientes. Ainda de iniciativa do parlamentar, a Lei n\u00ba 7.175\/23, autoriza ao Executivo Municipal a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de detectores de metais nas escolas da Rede P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sob o n\u00ba 9.386\/23, a Lei n\u00ba 9.386\/23, de autoria do vereador Raimundo Penha, disp\u00f5e sobre a obrigatoriedade em hospitais e maternidades p\u00fablicas e privadas, de prestarem orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para primeiros socorros em caso engasgamento, aspira\u00e7\u00e3o de corpo estranho, asfixia e preven\u00e7\u00e3o de morte s\u00fabita de rec\u00e9m-nascidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Lei n\u00ba 7.390\/23, do Coletivo N\u00f3s, considera de utilidade p\u00fablica a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Desportiva Atletas do Futuro (ATLEF).
