Por este motivo, por meio do PL n\u00ba 004\/23, o parlamentar, com o aux\u00edlio de diversas entidades representativas, prop\u00f5e estabelecer, em \u00e2mbito municipal, medidas com esse fim, em cumprimento \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o projeto, dados do SEBRAE demonstram que a taxa de mortalidade dessa \u00e1rea de neg\u00f3cios \u00e9 de 29%.
