Posto de combust\u00edveis da MA-201, mais conhecida como Estrada de Ribamar, reajustou o pre\u00e7o da gasolina comum para R$ 5,18 neste domingo (6)<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

At\u00e9 s\u00e1bado, 5 de agosto, fixado em R$ 4,98 e, em alguns casos, at\u00e9 R$ 4,96, o pre\u00e7o do litro de gasolina comum amanheceu com um reajuste-padr\u00e3o de R$ 0,20 (vinte centavos) em praticamente todos os postos de revenda da Grande Ilha, neste domingo (6). E, como n\u00e3o poderia ser diferente, quase n\u00e3o h\u00e1 varia\u00e7\u00e3o de valor em todas as bombas, seja qual for a regi\u00e3o onde se esteja abastecendo, o que indica que o cartel que opera no mercado de combust\u00edveis de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 de Ribamar, Pa\u00e7o do Lumiar e Raposa mant\u00e9m firme sua influ\u00eancia nefasta no setor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este blog percorreu, no in\u00edcio da tarde, algumas avenidas, como S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds Rei de Fran\u00e7a e General Arthur Carvalho e a Rua do Aririzal, na \u00e1rea do Turu; Nossa Senhora da Vit\u00f3ria, no Parque Vit\u00f3ria; e as rodovias estaduais MA-201 (Estrada de Ribamar) e MA-202 (Estrada da Maioba). E a constata\u00e7\u00e3o foi de que o cartel de combust\u00edveis est\u00e1 mais atuante do que nunca, impondo forte press\u00e3o para que os postos pratiquem pre\u00e7os id\u00eanticos ou com margem de diferen\u00e7a m\u00ednima, a fim de negar ao consumidor qualquer op\u00e7\u00e3o de pagar um pre\u00e7o mais competitivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A pr\u00e1tica do cartel no ramo de combust\u00edveis de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds e munic\u00edpios lim\u00edtrofes \u00e9 antiga e vem sendo repudiada e denunciada h\u00e1 d\u00e9cadas. No entanto, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 um combate efetivo a esse abuso e os autores seguem afrontando a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, sob o manto da impunidade e \u00e0 custa do seu elevado poder econ\u00f4mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com tamanha omiss\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e com poder de pol\u00edcia, s\u00f3 quem perde \u00e9 o consumidor, privado se uma concorr\u00eancia que, sem d\u00favida, resultaria em pre\u00e7o justo e acess\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contra a lei<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O cartel se caracteriza por acordo entre empresas independentes para atua\u00e7\u00e3o coordenada, no sentido de restringir a concorr\u00eancia e elevar pre\u00e7os. Uma proposta aprovada pela Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a (CCK) da C\u00e2mara Federal prev\u00ea que a pena para esse tipo de infra\u00e7\u00e3o passar\u00e1 a ser de reclus\u00e3o de 4 a 8 anos e multa. A atual legisla\u00e7\u00e3o prev\u00ea reclus\u00e3o de 2 a 5 anos e multa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
