No estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, a lei que pro\u00edbe o fumo em locais fechados e semiabertos entrar\u00e1 em vigor em agosto. No mesmo m\u00eas, estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o o produto Smoking Everywhere \u2013 E-Cigarette \u2013 um cigarro eletr\u00f4nico importado dos Estados Unidos pelo Museu das Inven\u00e7\u00f5es, ligado \u00e0 Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Inventores (ANI) &#8211; entidade sem fins lucrativos que apoia e estimula novos produtos e ideias inovadoras.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nO presidente da ANI, Carlos Mazzei, conferiu pessoalmente a cria\u00e7\u00e3o e simpatizou com a ideia, j\u00e1 que, como informa o site <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smoking-everywhere.com\">www.smoking-everywhere.com<\/a>, o produto \u201cparece e at\u00e9 tem gosto de um cigarro tradicional, mas n\u00e3o cont\u00e9m alcatr\u00e3o nem provoca cheiro, combust\u00e3o, fogo, fuma\u00e7a ou emiss\u00e3o de mon\u00f3xido de carbono ou cinzas\u201d.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nO E-Cigarette \u00e9 baseado em tecnologia microeletr\u00f4nica. \u00c9 composto por um filtro aromatizado, um nebulizador que provoca fuma\u00e7a de vapor d\u2019\u00e1gua e um chip inteligente com bateria recarreg\u00e1vel de l\u00edtio. Uma luz-piloto se acende quando em funcionamento, imitando a brasa de um cigarro. \u201cO maior atrativo do cigarro eletr\u00f4nico \u00e9 que ele faz fuma\u00e7a, por\u00e9m n\u00e3o incomoda com seu cheiro\u201d, explica Mazzei.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nPara ele, o cigarro eletr\u00f4nico \u00e9 uma alternativa para fumantes que n\u00e3o conseguem perder o costume de pegar o cigarro, coloc\u00e1-lo na boca e segur\u00e1-lo entre os dedos, al\u00e9m da sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de soltar a fuma\u00e7a. O produto j\u00e1 vem sendo comercializado com sucesso no estado norte-americano da Fl\u00f3rida e o empres\u00e1rio trouxe uma unidade para testes e demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es: \u201cA ideia \u00e9 negociar uma quantidade para trazer ao Brasil a partir de agosto. Por isso, j\u00e1 estamos aceitando pedidos antecipados\u201d.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<strong>O kit \u2013<\/strong> composto de cigarro, carregador e filtros \u2013 tem previs\u00e3o de custo para o consumidor de aproximadamente R$ 500.
