O pedido de pris\u00e3o foi feito pelo promotor de Justi\u00e7a Washington Luiz Maciel Cantanh\u00eade, titular da 15\u00aa Promotoria Criminal Especializada em Crimes contra a Crian\u00e7a e o Adolescente.<\/p>\n<p>A pris\u00e3o preventiva foi requerida devido \u00e0s declara\u00e7\u00f5es de S\u00edlvio Serra de que continuaria com as apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es do grupo folcl\u00f3rico nos arraiais de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, desobedecendo a uma ordem judicial. As declara\u00e7\u00f5es foram feitas na imprensa e nas depend\u00eancias da pr\u00f3pria 1\u00aa Vara da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude, onde tamb\u00e9m cometeu crime de desacato \u00e0 autoridade judici\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>Para o promotor de Justi\u00e7a, as declara\u00e7\u00f5es de Serra representam risco \u00e0 ordem p\u00fablica, pois s\u00e3o an\u00fancios da pr\u00e1tica de futuros crimes contra a dignidade e a integridade ps\u00edquica e moral das adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspens\u00e3o<\/strong> &#8211; As apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es do Boi Pintado foram suspensas pela Justi\u00e7a a pedido do promotor de Justi\u00e7a M\u00e1rcio Thadeu Silva Marques (1\u00aa Promotoria de Defesa da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude). A a\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico foi motivada pela exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de menores de seis a 14 anos seminuas nas apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es.
