Com tal mudan\u00e7a, os impostos que incidem sobre a energia el\u00e9trica e pre\u00e7o dos combust\u00edveis passa a vigorar com aumento no Maranh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao justificar o voto contr\u00e1rio, o deputado Wellington disse ser uma quest\u00e3o de coer\u00eancia pol\u00edtica e afirmou entender a medida como uma forma de penalizar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO meu voto n\u00e3o poderia ser diferente. Votei contra o Projeto de Lei do Executivo que aumenta os impostos no Maranh\u00e3o. Infelizmente, fui voto vencido, mas o meu trabalho segue em defesa da popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso se chama coer\u00eancia pol\u00edtica e respeito a cada maranhense que confia em meu trabalho. O aumento de impostos \u00e9 uma medida que, a meu ver, penaliza a popula\u00e7\u00e3o, principalmente a parcela mais carente\u201d, disse Wellington.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainda durante a sess\u00e3o, o deputado Wellington tamb\u00e9m votou contra o Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 714\/2023, que autoriza o Poder Executivo Estadual a contratar opera\u00e7\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito com o Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Social \u2013 BNDES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cN\u00e3o posso votar a favor de um projeto que autorize o estado do Maranh\u00e3o a contrair um empr\u00e9stimo se nem o dever de casa estamos fazendo. Infelizmente, ainda temos muitas secret\u00e1rias, muitos cargos comissionados. A m\u00e1quina precisa ser enxuta.
