O militante do segmento GLBT Carlos Garcia explicou\u00a0o motivo da pend\u00eancia\u00a0 que levou\u00a0o ex-diretor do Grupo Gayvota, Airton Ferreira, a ser condenado pelo Tribunal de Contas da Uni\u00e3o (TCU)\u00a0a devolver mais de 44 mil ao Minist\u00e9rio da Cultura, al\u00e9m do pagamento de multa de\u00a0R$ 2 mil, por n\u00e3o ter prestado contas dos recursos federais repassados para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Parada Gay de 2005.<\/p>\n

Ele informou\u00a0que na \u00e9poca Airton Ferreira pagou R$ 5 mil em esp\u00e9cie, em plena avenida Litor\u00e2nea, a uma empresa de sonoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, mas esta n\u00e3o emitiu nota fiscal.\u00a0Sem o\u00a0documento, o ent\u00e3o dirigente ficou impedido de comprovar a totalidade dos gastos, o que deu origem \u00e0 pend\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Ainda de acordo com Garcia, Airton, que hoje responde pelo Departamento de Assuntos GLBT da Secretaria Estadual de Direitos Humanos, j\u00e1 constituiu advogado, a fim de recorrer da decis\u00e3o do TCU e regularizar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
