\"baldochi2.jpg\"<\/a>Inclu\u00eddo na lista negra do Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho por\u00a0submeter 25 pessoas a condi\u00e7\u00f5es an\u00e1logas\u00a0\u00e0 escravid\u00e3o em uma fazenda de sua propriedade, em Bom Jardim, h\u00e1 dois anos, o\u00a0juiz Marcelo Testa Baldochi\u00a0(foto) acaba de ser promovido por merecimento da comarca de Pastos Bons para a comarca de Senador La Rocque.<\/p>\n

A promo\u00e7\u00e3o de Baldochi e de v\u00e1rios outros magistrados para entr\u00e2ncias superiores foi decidida\u00a0em\u00a0sess\u00e3o realizada na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira,\u00a0no Pleno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

O envolvimento do juiz maranhense em\u00a0crime de trabalho escravo,\u00a0esc\u00e2ndalo que veio \u00e0 tona em\u00a0setembro de 2007, teve repercuss\u00e3o nacional.\u00a0Na ocasi\u00e3o,\u00a025 pessoas em condi\u00e7\u00f5es an\u00e1logas \u00e0 de escravid\u00e3o, entre elas um adolescente de 15 anos,\u00a0foram localizadas\u00a0por uma equipe do grupo m\u00f3vel de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho na fazenda P\u00f4r do Sol, pertencente ao magistrado.\u00a0O caso ganhou destaque em revistas e jornais de\u00a0todo o pa\u00eds\u00a0e no programa Fant\u00e1stico, da Rede Globo.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o flagrante, o juiz foi obrigado a indenizar todas as v\u00edtimas. Pelo crime,\u00a0ele foi alvo de uma sindic\u00e2ncia no pr\u00f3prio TJ e\u00a0em mar\u00e7o deste ano\u00a0foi denunciado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n
