O n\u00famero j\u00e1 \u00e9 maior do que o total de a\u00e7\u00f5es de improbidade movidas durante todo o ano de 2012 e corresponde a 26% do total de a\u00e7\u00f5es movidas pelo MPF\/MA, nas esferas c\u00edvel e penal, em 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Das 276 a\u00e7\u00f5es de improbidade movidas neste ano, 162 foram ajuizadas pela Procuradoria da Rep\u00fablica no Maranh\u00e3o (PR\/MA); 56 pela Procuradoria da Rep\u00fablica no Munic\u00edpio de Imperatriz (PRM\/Imperatriz); 51 pela Procuradoria da Rep\u00fablica no Munic\u00edpio de Bacabal (PRM\/Bacabal) e sete pela Procuradoria da Rep\u00fablica no Munic\u00edpio de Caxias (PRM\/Caxias).<\/p>\n<p>As a\u00e7\u00f5es de improbidade movidas pelo MPF\/MA em 2013 j\u00e1 ultrapassam em 29,5% o total movido em 2012. No ano passado, foram movidas 206 a\u00e7\u00f5es de improbidade em todo o estado, n\u00famero que colocou o \u00f3rg\u00e3o como a unidade que mais moveu a\u00e7\u00f5es de improbidade no pa\u00eds, quase dobrando o n\u00famero de a\u00e7\u00f5es propostas pelo segundo colocado, o MPF na Bahia, com 134 a\u00e7\u00f5es movidas em 2012.<\/p>\n<p>De janeiro at\u00e9 agora, o total de a\u00e7\u00f5es movidas pelo MPF\/MA, nas esferas c\u00edvel e penal, foi de 1.030 a\u00e7\u00f5es. O n\u00famero tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 ultrapassa o total movido em todo o ano de 2012, quando foram movidas 991 a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Esses dados s\u00e3o resultados diretos da reformula\u00e7\u00e3o organizacional na atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos procuradores da Rep\u00fablica no estado, ocorrida no final de 2011. Antes, apenas tr\u00eas procuradores atuavam no combate \u00e0 improbidade administrativa.
