{"id":14197,"date":"2013-12-18T08:13:07","date_gmt":"2013-12-18T11:13:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/?p=14197"},"modified":"2013-12-18T08:13:07","modified_gmt":"2013-12-18T11:13:07","slug":"beto-castro-cassado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/beto-castro-cassado\/","title":{"rendered":"Beto Castro cassado"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure id=\"attachment_14198\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14198\" style=\"width: 337px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2013\/12\/beto-castro2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14198\" alt=\"Beto Castro foi cassado por  4 votos a 2; Carioca deve assumir\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2013\/12\/beto-castro2.jpg\" width=\"337\" height=\"290\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-14198\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Beto Castro foi cassado por 4 votos a 2; Carioca assumir\u00e1<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Por maioria (4 a 2), contra parecer do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, os membros do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Maranh\u00e3o decidiram manter a decis\u00e3o do ju\u00edzo da 3\u00aa zona que cassou o mandato do vereador eleito Werbeth Macedo Castro (S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds) e determinou a posse do suplente Paulo Roberto Lima Oliveira.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com os autos do processo, Beto Castro (como o parlamentar \u00e9 conhecido) possui mais de um documento de identidade civil, fato esse que teria omitido da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral, tendo se utilizado da denomina\u00e7\u00e3o Werbeth Macedo Castro no registro de sua candidatura e n\u00e3o das demais, como o nome Werbeth Machado Castro, sob o qual respondeu penalmente pelo crime de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Por essa raz\u00e3o, o ju\u00edzo da 3\u00aa zona eleitoral de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds entendeu que a duplicidade constituiria fraude e, por conseguinte, comprometeria a lisura e a legitimidade do processo eleitoral.<\/p>\n<p>Em seu favor, Beto Castro informou ter sempre utilizado o nome Werbeth Macedo Castro, alegando que o uso de outra identidade tratou-se de lament\u00e1vel fato isolado, cuja aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o seria de compet\u00eancia da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral, ressaltando que a sua punibilidade no referido processo criminal j\u00e1 teria sido extinta.
