No banco dos r\u00e9us, Loriano Ribeiro da Fonseca, acusado de ter mandado matar a v\u00edtima Jo\u00e3o Batista Soares, fato ocorrido em 14 de junho de 2017. O crime ocorreu na localidade Centro do Altino, na zona rural de Mat\u00f5es do Norte. Foi apurado, ainda, que Loriano e sua companheira teriam contratado uma terceira pessoa, Clemilton das Chagas, para executar a v\u00edtima, bem como ocultar o cad\u00e1ver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme disposto na den\u00fancia, o denunciado teria descoberto o relacionamento extraconjungal da v\u00edtima com sua ent\u00e3o companheira, raz\u00e3o pela qual teria encomendado a morte de Jo\u00e3o Batista. Em interrogat\u00f3rio, o r\u00e9u, apesar de ter negado a autoria do crime no primeiro momento, confessou posteriormente ter sido o mandante. Ele declarou que j\u00e1 estava percebendo que a v\u00edtima e sua companheira estavam tendo um caso. A companheira de Loriano teria negado qualquer tipo de envolvimento amoroso com a v\u00edtima, contudo, mencionou que Jo\u00e3o Batista estava assediando ela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONFIRMOU O RELACIONAMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diante de toda a situa\u00e7\u00e3o, o denunciado teria entrado em contato com Clemilton, j\u00e1 falecido, para praticar o assassinato, afirmando que a companheira sabia de tudo. No dia dos fatos, o denunciado saiu para trabalhar junto com a mulher, enquanto Clemilton permaneceu escondido na resid\u00eancia do casal \u00e0 espera da v\u00edtima. Na data citada, pr\u00f3ximo ao hor\u00e1rio do almo\u00e7o, o Loriano teria recebido uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o de Clemilton, informando que \u201co servi\u00e7o estava feito\u201d. Em interrogat\u00f3rio, tamb\u00e9m prestado em sede policial, a mulher confirmou ter tido rela\u00e7\u00f5es com a v\u00edtima, fato que chegou ao conhecimento de seu companheiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ato cont\u00ednuo, o r\u00e9u e o executor teriam colocado o corpo de Jo\u00e3o Batista em um saco e sa\u00eddo puxando o corpo da v\u00edtima a cavalo, com o objetivo de esconder o cad\u00e1ver.
