Difusos e Coletivos da Ilha de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, Douglas de Melo Martins, proferiu decis\u00e3o, nesta segunda-feira (4), determinando o afastamento cautelar, com efeitos imediatos, dos dirigentes da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Maranhense de Futebol (FMF) e do Instituto Maranhense de Futebol (IMF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A medida tamb\u00e9m nomeia a advogada Susan Lucena Rodrigues como administradora provis\u00f3ria, incumbida de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 Realizar o levantamento completo da situa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, patrimonial, documental e cont\u00e1bil da FMF e do IMF;<br>\ud83d\udd39 Promover a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o, com \u00eanfase na transpar\u00eancia e na devida presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas;<br>\ud83d\udd39 Conduzir, at\u00e9 o fim de sua designa\u00e7\u00e3o, novo processo eleitoral para escolha da diretoria, assegurando ampla publicidade e participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos filiados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc A decis\u00e3o suspende os efeitos jur\u00eddicos das Assembleias realizadas em janeiro de 2025, inclusive no que se refere \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de contas e \u00e0 reforma estatut\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcc4 Determinou-se, ainda, que ambas as entidades mantenham, em portal eletr\u00f4nico de f\u00e1cil acesso, todos os atos institucionais e documentos dos \u00faltimos cinco anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) foi regularmente intimada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A medida visa garantir lisura, transpar\u00eancia e legalidade na condu\u00e7\u00e3o das entidades
