A magistrada considerou que o indeferimento da candidatura carecia de motiva\u00e7\u00e3o adequada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os principais pontos derrubados pela decis\u00e3o judicial est\u00e1 a alega\u00e7\u00e3o de que Saulo Lima n\u00e3o teria se afastado a tempo do cargo de presidente do Sindicato dos Cirurgi\u00f5es-Dentistas do Maranh\u00e3o para disputar o pleito. No entanto, a ju\u00edza reconheceu que o afastamento ocorreu dentro do prazo legal previsto no estatuto da entidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo Saulo Lima, o indeferimento foi resultado de manobras para tir\u00e1-lo da disputa, incluindo uma notifica\u00e7\u00e3o em prazo ex\u00edguo, \u00e0s v\u00e9speras de feriado. \u201cA Justi\u00e7a reconheceu nosso direito e reafirmou nosso compromisso com a categoria\u201d, declarou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Chapa 3 tem como bandeiras a renova\u00e7\u00e3o, a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais, a transpar\u00eancia e o fortalecimento da odontologia maranhense. As elei\u00e7\u00f5es do CRO-MA est\u00e3o marcadas para 3 de outubro e ser\u00e3o realizadas de forma on-line.
