Detran se negou a receber moto no p\u00e1tio, mesmo com d\u00e9bito de IPVA e multas<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

O Departamento Estadual de Tr\u00e2nsito (Detran) e a Delegacia de Roubos e Furtos de Ve\u00edculos (DRFV) se recusaram a receber em seus p\u00e1tios uma motocicleta sem documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e com o chassi adulterado apreendida ontem por uma guarni\u00e7\u00e3o do Batalh\u00e3o de Choque. O ve\u00edculo, uma Honda CG Titan 125, estava em poder de Fernando Silva Santos, que foi abordado pelos militares durante uma batida no Parque Jair.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s constatarem que o condutor n\u00e3o era habilitado, muito menos portava os documentos obrigat\u00f3rios da moto, os policiais decidiram remover o ve\u00edculo ao p\u00e1tio do Detran, na Vila Palmeira. L\u00e1, os homens do Choque foram surpreendidos com a recusa de um servidor em receb\u00ea-la, sob a alega\u00e7\u00e3o de que o chassi estava adulterado.<\/p>\n

Com a negativa, partiram para a DRFV, situada a poucos metros do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, na tentativa de entregar a moto, mas, novamente, n\u00e3o obtiveram \u00eaxito. A justificativa dada pelo delegado foi de que n\u00e3o havia registro de roubo ou furto do ve\u00edculo, apenas d\u00e9bitos de IPVA e multa.<\/p>\n

Os policiais, ent\u00e3o, decidiram tentar, mais uma vez, entregar o ve\u00edculo ao Detran, mas houve nova recusa.\u00a0Diante do impasse, os militares resolveram arrolar duas testemunhas e deixaram, por conta pr\u00f3pria, a motocicleta no p\u00e1tio do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, procedimento que fugiu ao padr\u00e3o adotado em ocorr\u00eancias \u00a0dessa natureza.<\/p>\n

Se tanto o Detran quanto a DRFV se negaram a receber a moto, mesmo esta estando sem documento e com adultera\u00e7\u00e3o no chassi, situa\u00e7\u00f5es que podem configurar infra\u00e7\u00e3o ao c\u00f3digo de tr\u00e2nsito e at\u00e9 mesmo crime, afinal, a quem caberia tomar provid\u00eancia em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao caso?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
