A pris\u00e3o \u00e9 preventiva e foi solicitada pela\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/tudo-sobre\/policia-federal\/\">Pol\u00edcia Federal<\/a>\u00a0(PF) ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/tudo-sobre\/supremo-tribunal-federal\/\">STF<\/a>). A medida n\u00e3o tem rela\u00e7\u00e3o com a condena\u00e7\u00e3o por tentativa de golpe de Estado, mas se trata de uma medida cautelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com a decis\u00e3o do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do STF, a pris\u00e3o foi determinada ap\u00f3s o senador Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ)&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/politica\/blog\/valdo-cruz\/post\/2025\/11\/22\/prisao-preventiva-de-bolsonaro-foi-para-garantir-a-ordem-publica-apos-chamamento-de-vigilia.ghtml\">convocar uma vig\u00edlia<\/a>&nbsp;em frente ao condom\u00ednio do ex-presidente, na noite de sexta-feira (21).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na decis\u00e3o,&nbsp;<strong>Moraes apontou risco elevado de fuga<\/strong>.
