dessa segunda-feira (8), durante fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o na altura do km 06 da BR-135, no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds (MA), uma equipe da Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal (PRF) abordou um motociclista.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a abordagem e verifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos documentos do ve\u00edculo, os policiais realizaram consultas nos Sistemas da PRF da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada pelo condutor, quando foi identificado um mandado de pris\u00e3o pendente de cumprimento, que havia sido expedido h\u00e1 menos de um m\u00eas, pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do&nbsp;Maranh\u00e3o, por meio da Vara de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O homem, de 35 anos, era procurado desde o tr\u00e2nsito em julgado da senten\u00e7a penal condenat\u00f3ria pelo crime&nbsp;de estupro, nos termos do artigo 213 do C\u00f3digo Penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguindo a determina\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, o motorista foi detido pela equipe da PRF e conduzido \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil da regi\u00e3o, para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 autoridade policial competente e ado\u00e7\u00e3o das devidas provid\u00eancias
