presidente da C\u00e2mara de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, Paulo Victor, decidiu arquivar o pedido de impeachment apresentado por um servidor municipal aposentado, em nome de um grupo de servidores, ap\u00f3s parecer da Procuradoria concluir que n\u00e3o havia base jur\u00eddica para abrir o processo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A decis\u00e3o considerou que o tema ainda est\u00e1 em an\u00e1lise no Judici\u00e1rio e aguarda defini\u00e7\u00e3o final do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), o que impede reconhecer descumprimento deliberado de lei e evita instabilidade pol\u00edtica no munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A den\u00fancia tratava de quest\u00f5es relacionadas ao teto salarial dos servidores, mas foi classificada como sem pressuposto v\u00e1lido e sem justa causa para prosseguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assista ao
