O Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Maranh\u00e3o (TJMA) reconheceu e premiou empresas que se dedicam \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos das mulheres e ao enfrentamento da viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar, entre elas o Grupo Fribal, que se sobressai por sua trajet\u00f3ria de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e apoio \u00e0s mulheres no ambiente corporativo e na comunidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Realizado no audit\u00f3rio da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Magistrados do Maranh\u00e3o (AMMA), o evento anual do Programa Valoriza Mulher reuniu representantes do Judici\u00e1rio e da iniciativa privada para homenagear institui\u00e7\u00f5es que desenvolvem a\u00e7\u00f5es concretas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 viol\u00eancia de g\u00eanero e promo\u00e7\u00e3o da igualdade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ao todo, 24 empresas foram reconhecidas em 2025, impactando mais de 21 mil pessoas ao longo do ano com pol\u00edticas internas e iniciativas sociais transformadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fribal: mais do que um reconhecimento, um compromisso com as mulheres<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O Grupo Fribal, presente entre as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es homenageadas, construiu ao longo dos anos uma trajet\u00f3ria de engajamento com causas que ultrapassam os muros da empresa. Parceira da Coordenadoria Estadual da Mulher em Situa\u00e7\u00e3o de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica e Familiar (Cemulher\/TJMA), a empresa integra o programa Valoriza Mulher desde 2019, estimulando pr\u00e1ticas que promovem a igualdade de g\u00eanero, a conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a Lei Maria da Penha e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de ambientes seguros para as colaboradoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No Dia das M\u00e3es de 2025, por exemplo, a Fribal recebeu a\u00e7\u00f5es educativas da Cemulher em v\u00e1rias de suas unidades, alcan\u00e7ando mais de 80 mulheres com debates sobre os tipos de viol\u00eancia, medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia e canais de den\u00fancia \u2014 refor\u00e7ando o compromisso institucional com o bem-estar das colaboradoras e da comunidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre outras iniciativas, a empresa tem promovido rodas de di\u00e1logo e atividades em parceria com a Cemulher, no \u00e2mbito do programa Maria da Penha no Cotidiano, com foco na dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o do conhecimento sobre direitos e na mudan\u00e7a de atitudes que contribuam para a erradica\u00e7\u00e3o da viol\u00eancia de g\u00eanero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ao entregar as placas de reconhecimento, o juiz auxiliar da Cemulher, Pedro Henrique Holanda Pascoal, enfatizou que a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do setor privado \u00e9 fundamental para ampliar o alcance das a\u00e7\u00f5es de preven\u00e7\u00e3o e transformar mentalidades, destacando que cada empresa possui um papel relevante nas comunidades onde est\u00e1 inserida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde sua cria\u00e7\u00e3o em 2019, o Programa Valoriza Mulher tem mobilizado empresas de diversos setores a desenvolverem pol\u00edticas internas e a\u00e7\u00f5es sociais voltadas \u00e0 igualdade de g\u00eanero, \u00e0 preven\u00e7\u00e3o da viol\u00eancia e \u00e0 conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os direitos das mulheres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
