A decis\u00e3o, proferida pela desembargadora federal do trabalho M\u00e1rcia Andrea Farias Silva, fixa multa di\u00e1ria de R$ 100 mil em caso de descumprimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A magistrada acatou alega\u00e7\u00e3o do SET de que a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o total da frota das duas empresas prejudica a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os essenciais, tais como atendimento m\u00e9dico-hospitalar e funcionamento de postos de pronto-socorro da cidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Confira <a determinou, ainda,  ao Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Transporte Rodovi\u00e1rio no Estado do Maranh\u00e3o (STTREMA) que se abstenha de praticar as medidas de protesto alternativo, tais como: \u201copera\u00e7\u00e3o catraca (opera\u00e7\u00e3o dos ve\u00edculos sem cobran\u00e7a de passagens), \u201copera\u00e7\u00e3o tartaruga\u201d\u00a0(opera\u00e7\u00e3o propositalmente lenta para engarrafamentos hom\u00e9ricos), \u201copera\u00e7\u00e3o piquete \u201d (barricadas nas portas das garagens visando a n\u00e3o sa\u00edda dos ve\u00edculos), sob pena de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da multa arbitrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Na decis\u00e3o , a magistrada tamb\u00e9m manda oficiar a Secretaria Municipal de Tr\u00e2nsito e Transportes Urbanos de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds para que preste informa\u00e7\u00f5es precisas a cada dois dias acerca da frota circulante; a Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a do Estado e o Comando da Pol\u00edcia Militar sobre o teor da ordem judicial para que possibilitem o seu cumprimento com a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da ordem p\u00fablica, inclusive, com uso da for\u00e7a policial, se necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao concluir o seu despacho, a
