Abriu o procedimento a promotora de justi\u00e7a L\u00edtia Cavalcanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os focos da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o incluem o Munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, o Sindicato das Empresas de Transporte de Passageiros (SET), os cons\u00f3rcios Central, Via SL e Upaon-A\u00e7u, al\u00e9m da empresa Via\u00e7\u00e3o Primor Ltda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O objetivo \u00e9 apurar falhas na presta\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o, paralisa\u00e7\u00f5es, interrup\u00e7\u00f5es, problemas estruturais e eventuais irregularidades relacionadas \u00e0 gest\u00e3o, financiamento e opera\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema do transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os fundamentos do inqu\u00e9rito est\u00e3o o car\u00e1ter essencial do transporte coletivo, o direito do consumidor ao servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico adequado, o princ\u00edpio da modicidade tarif\u00e1ria e o dever de continuidade do servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PROVID\u00caNCIAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como provid\u00eancias iniciais, o MPMA pediu \u00e0 SMTT e ao SET informa\u00e7\u00f5es e documentos sobre todas as linhas do sistema de transporte coletivo, incluindo itiner\u00e1rios, cons\u00f3rcios, concession\u00e1rias e frotas; planilhas de custos do servi\u00e7o; valores de subs\u00eddios tarif\u00e1rios pagos entre 2021 e 2026; n\u00famero de novos \u00f4nibus introduzidos no sistema no mesmo per\u00edodo e medidas administrativas adotadas pelo Munic\u00edpio quanto \u00e0s falhas na presta\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m foram solicitadas ao Cons\u00f3rcio Via SL informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a situa\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa Expresso Rei de Fran\u00e7a e os motivos das interrup\u00e7\u00f5es da presta\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o desde
