Segundo ele, o or\u00e7amento aprovado pelos vereadores cria uma s\u00e9rie de amarras e dificuldades \u00e0 sua gest\u00e3o, principalmente para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de obras de infraestrutura, em raz\u00e3o de emendas ao projeto de lei enviado pelo Executivo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Braide condenou a limita\u00e7\u00e3o impostas pela C\u00e2mara Municipal ao remanejamento de recursos entre as secretarias, o que impedir\u00e1 a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os  como os de drenagem profunda, asfaltamento de ruas, Tr\u00e2nsito Livre, entre outras interven\u00e7\u00f5es projetadas pela prefeitura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O prefeito tamb\u00e9m reclamou da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Pass\u00e9 Livre Estudantil sem a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de estudo t\u00e9cnico pr\u00e9vio ou amparo legal.
