A etapa inicial, realizada nessa ter\u00e7a-feira (24), no audit\u00f3rio da Secretaria de Estado do Desenvolvimento Social (Sedes), reuniu barraqueiros e quiosqueiros para orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os pr\u00f3ximos passos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A iniciativa, fruto da parceria entre a Secretaria de Estado de Governo (Segov) e a Sedes, visa capacitar e qualificar os propriet\u00e1rios das barracas e quiosques &#8211; e suas equipes de trabalho &#8211; com curso de aperfei\u00e7oamento gastron\u00f4mico e mentoria de neg\u00f3cios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/02\/1005107910-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-155097\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/02\/1005107910-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/02\/1005107910-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/02\/1005107910-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/02\/1005107910.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao todo, 47 pessoas, entre barraqueiros e quiosqueiros, participaram desta primeira etapa. Ao longo do curso, todos os participantes receber\u00e3o consultoria gastron\u00f4mica com forma\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica de cozinha e mentoria individual, por meio de 80 horas\/aula, de forma h\u00edbrida (presencial e EaD), divididas em partes te\u00f3ricas e pr\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O secret\u00e1rio adjunto da Segov, Bernardo Leite, destacou que as aulas ser\u00e3o iniciadas, oficialmente, no pr\u00f3ximo dia 12 de mar\u00e7o. \u201cDemos in\u00edcio \u00e0 edi\u00e7\u00e3o especial do Formando e Cozinhando na Pra\u00e7a do Sol, realizando as entrevistas para formata\u00e7\u00e3o dos perfis de cada barraqueiro e quiosqueiro do espa\u00e7o, para entendermos suas necessidades e particularidades.
