Consumidor (SENACON) e pela Pol\u00edcia Federal, em conjunto com a Ag\u00eancia Nacional do Petr\u00f3leo, G\u00e1s Natural e Biocombust\u00edveis (ANP), deflagrou, nesta quinta-feira (9\/4), a segunda fase da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Vem Diesel, com foco na fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de distribuidores e de revendedores de GLP &#8211; G\u00e1s Liquefeito de Petr\u00f3leo, popularmente conhecido como g\u00e1s de botij\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foram realizadas a\u00e7\u00f5es de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o em 24 cidades, localizadas em 15 estados e no Distrito Federal, com equipes compostas por agentes da ANP, do Procons e por policiais federais, alcan\u00e7ando 55 estabelecimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 sendo realizada nos seguintes estados: Amazonas, Bahia, Cear\u00e1, Distrito Federal,&nbsp;Maranh\u00e3o, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Par\u00e1, Paran\u00e1, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina e S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a\u00e7\u00f5es visam identificar pr\u00e1ticas irregulares no aumento no pre\u00e7o do g\u00e1s, na fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7os entre empresas concorrentes para controle de mercado e outras eventuais pr\u00e1ticas abusivas que possam acarretar preju\u00edzos para o consumidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eventuais irregularidades detectadas pelas equipes de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, que possam indicar pr\u00e1ticas de crimes contra a ordem tribut\u00e1ria, econ\u00f4mica, bem como contra a economia popular e as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo, ser\u00e3o encaminhadas para a Pol\u00edcia Federal para que sejam tomadas as provid\u00eancias de apura\u00e7\u00e3o de poss\u00edvel pr\u00e1tica de crimes pelos
