{"id":1705,"date":"2009-12-29T15:16:06","date_gmt":"2009-12-29T17:16:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/?p=1705"},"modified":"2009-12-29T15:16:06","modified_gmt":"2009-12-29T17:16:06","slug":"jamil-gedeon-apreciou-quase-100-processos-no-plantao-de-natal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/jamil-gedeon-apreciou-quase-100-processos-no-plantao-de-natal\/","title":{"rendered":"Jamil Gedeon apreciou quase 100 processos no plant\u00e3o de Natal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1706\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2009\/12\/jamil-natal.JPG\" alt=\"jamil natal\" width=\"300\" height=\"448\" \/>O presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, desembargador Jamil Gedeon, apreciou 96 processos entre os dias 20 e 25 de dezembro, per\u00edodo em que esteve respons\u00e1vel pelo plant\u00e3o judicial de 2\u00ba grau, durante a primeira semana do recesso de final de ano do Judici\u00e1rio maranhense.<\/p>\n<p>A Assessoria Jur\u00eddica da Presid\u00eancia do TJ informou que o desembargador tomou decis\u00f5es referentes a 47 pedidos de habeas corpus, 24 agravos de instrumento, 11 mandados de seguran\u00e7a, 7 suspens\u00f5es de liminares, 2 agravos regimentais, 2 a\u00e7\u00f5es cautelares inominadas, uma a\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria, uma queixa-crime e um requerimento de desaforamento.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o Regimento Interno do Tribunal, o servi\u00e7o de plant\u00e3o judicial, durante o recesso natalino e de ano novo, \u00e9 exercido pelos ocupantes dos cargos de presidente, vice-presidente e corregedor-geral de Justi\u00e7a, de acordo com escala expedida pelo presidente do TJ.<\/p>\n<p>Nas comarcas da capital e do interior, mat\u00e9rias urgentes s\u00e3o de compet\u00eancia do diretor do F\u00f3rum respectivo, a quem caber\u00e1 avaliar o car\u00e1ter de urg\u00eancia da medida e decidi-la.
