A revela\u00e7\u00e3o foi feita pelo pr\u00f3prio comandante-geral da PM, coronel Franklin Pacheco, durante entrevista coletiva concedida esta manh\u00e3 para apresentar o esquema de seguran\u00e7a para o Carnaval.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 o momento, nenhum procedimento havia sido aberto com com a finalidade punir Fl\u00e1vio pelas declara\u00e7\u00f5es. Segundo o coronel Franklin, o caso ainda estava sendo estudado. O comandante-geral deu a entender, entretanto, que o laudo m\u00e9dico sobre o estado mental do oficial pode livr\u00e1-lo de uma eventual pena. &#8220;Ainda n\u00e3o t\u00ednhamos aberto procedimento contra ele (Fl\u00e1vio). Com a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do atestado, teremos que averiguar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o para sabermos se ele est\u00e1 sofrendo de algum dist\u00farbio mental&#8221;, assinalou.<\/p>\n<p>Franklin negou que o ex-comandante do CPM estivesse sendo pressionado, como ele afirmou \u00e0 imprensa. &#8220;N\u00e3o havia e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 qualquer tipo de press\u00e3o sobre ele. O que posso dizer \u00e9 que o assunto foi superado no mesmo dia. J\u00e1 temos outro oficial competente no posto e ele j\u00e1 est\u00e1 dando sua contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para as a\u00e7\u00f5es da PM&#8221;, observou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desabafo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No desabafo que fez ao jornalista Marcial Lima, que apresenta interinamento o programa Abrindo o Verbo, na r\u00e1dio Mirante AM, o coronel Fl\u00e1vio se disse revoltado por n\u00e3o estar recebendo apoio dos seus superiores. Ele se disse chateado por causa da extin\u00e7\u00e3o do Servi\u00e7o Velado, da retirada dos batalh\u00f5es especiais\u00a0 do patrulhamento da cidade e por ter sido exclu\u00eddo do comando das a\u00e7\u00f5es de policiamento no Carnaval.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Aguentei at\u00e9 quando pude. Venho sofrendo dificuldade sem poder me mexer. Estou aqui enquanto o comandante, o secret\u00e1rio e a governadora quiserem. Quero ser respeitado. Quero dizer na cara de qualquer um que me respeite! N\u00e3o devo nada a ningu\u00e9m. Se quiserem me prender, me prendam por mil anos.
