A decis\u00e3o, da presidente da corte, desembargadora Cleonice Freire, foi aprovada por unanimidade na sess\u00e3o administrativa desta quarta-feira (17).<\/p>\n<p>Na abertura da sess\u00e3o, a desembargadora comunicou a abertura do PAD e o afastamento preventivo da servidora do cargo efetivo de auxiliar judici\u00e1rio, enquanto responder ao processo que ir\u00e1 apurar, no \u00e2mbito do Judici\u00e1rio, a responsabilidade pelas irregularidades verificadas na folha de pagamento.<\/p>\n<p>A desembargadora submeteu a decis\u00e3o pelo afastamento da servidora das fun\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o especial, sendo seguida \u00e0 unanimidade dos desembargadores presentes.
