{"id":19426,"date":"2014-09-24T08:21:10","date_gmt":"2014-09-24T11:21:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/?p=19426"},"modified":"2014-09-24T08:21:10","modified_gmt":"2014-09-24T11:21:10","slug":"tre-pede-reforco-de-tropas-federais-para-bacabal-chapadinha-codo-e-colinas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/tre-pede-reforco-de-tropas-federais-para-bacabal-chapadinha-codo-e-colinas\/","title":{"rendered":"TRE pede refor\u00e7o de tropas federais para Bacabal, Chapadinha, Cod\u00f3 e Colinas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Corte do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Maranh\u00e3o aprovou, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (23), a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de for\u00e7a federal para mais 4 munic\u00edpios do estado: Bacabal, Chapadinha,\u00a0Cod\u00f3 e Colinas.<\/p>\n<p>A requisi\u00e7\u00e3o foi deferida por unanimidade ap\u00f3s o relator do processo, desembargador eleitoral Clodomir Sebasti\u00e3o Reis, proferir voto ratificando a necessidade do refor\u00e7o, destacando que isso se faz pertinente para assegurar as elei\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Os pedidos agora ser\u00e3o encaminhados ao Tribunal Superior Eleitoral que, em sess\u00e3o, aprovar\u00e1 ou n\u00e3o o envio das tropas aos munic\u00edpios relacionados acima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na mesma sess\u00e3o, o pedido de for\u00e7a federal para S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, feito pela coliga\u00e7\u00e3o Todos Pelo Maranh\u00e3o (PCdoB, PSB, PTC, PPS, PDT, PP, PROS e SDD) foi apresentado pelo relator, desembargador eleitoral Jos\u00e9 Eul\u00e1lio Figueiredo de Almeida . A coliga\u00e7\u00e3o argumenta que o refor\u00e7o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio em fun\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00faltimos acontecimentos registrados na cidade.<\/p>\n<p>O pedido foi convertido em dilig\u00eancia para que ju\u00edzes eleitorais da capital se manifestem se h\u00e1 necessidade da for\u00e7a federal.
