As centenas de pessoas que testemunharam a cena inusitada foram tomadas por um misto de surpresa, bom humor e indigna\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Vale lembrar que cabe \u00e0 Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds recolher animais soltos nas ruas, obriga\u00e7\u00e3o que parece ter sido esquecida,\u00a0enquanto a presen\u00e7a de bichos nas vias p\u00fablicas s\u00f3 aumenta.<\/p>\n<p>Mais um epis\u00f3dio a comprovar a crise de autoridade na capital maranhense, que ainda assim \u00e9 chamada de metr\u00f3pole, sobretudo por pol\u00edticos que de alguma forma tentam se beneficiar dessa suposta condi\u00e7\u00e3o.
