Alex Oliveira de Souza presidir\u00e1 a Fapema<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Fl\u00e1vio Dino acaba de anunciar mais um nome para compor a sua equipe de governo. O professor da Uema, Alex Oliveira de Souza, ser\u00e1 o diretor-presidente da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o de Amparo \u00e0 Pesquisa e ao Desenvolvimento Cient\u00edfico e Tecnol\u00f3gico do Maranh\u00e3o (Fapema) a partir de 1\u00ba de janeiro. O an\u00fancio foi feito pelas redes sociais nesta segunda-feira (10).<\/p>\n

A Fapema est\u00e1 vinculada \u00e0 Secretaria de Estado da Ci\u00eancia, Tecnologia e Ensino Superior. Alex Oliveira assumir\u00e1 a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o com a diretriz de popularizar a Ci\u00eancia e a Tecnologia no Maranh\u00e3o, com a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do acesso a pesquisadores, fomento \u00e0 pesquisa no estado e promo\u00e7\u00e3o da transpar\u00eancia nas a\u00e7\u00f5es desempenhadas pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Ser\u00e1 da Fapema tamb\u00e9m o cumprimento de uma das propostas listadas no Programa de Governo de Fl\u00e1vio Dino: investir na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Doutores, com a concess\u00e3o de bolsas, e aplicar uma pol\u00edtica de descentraliza\u00e7\u00e3o para atingir diferentes regi\u00f5es do estado. Outra iniciativa ser\u00e1 o Programa Inova Maranh\u00e3o, com o incentivo de descobertas cient\u00edficas e tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n

ALEX OLIVEIRA DE SOUZA \u2013 Funda\u00e7\u00e3o de Amparo \u00e0 Pesquisa e ao Desenvolvimento Cient\u00edfico e Tecnol\u00f3gico do Maranh\u00e3o (Fapema)<\/p>\n

Alex Oliveira \u00e9 doutor em Urbanismo pela Universidade Paris Est, mestre em Desenvolvimento Urbano pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco e arquiteto e urbanista pela Universidade Federal da Para\u00edba. Atualmente \u00e9 professor adjunto da Universidade Estadual do Maranh\u00e3o (Uema), coordenador da Comiss\u00e3o de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o do Departamento de Arquitetura e Urbanismo, professor do Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Desenvolvimento S\u00f3cio Regional e vice-presidente do Conselho de Arquitetura e Urbanismo do Maranh\u00e3o. \u00c9 consultor da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o de Amparo \u00e0 Pesquisa e ao Desenvolvimento Cient\u00edfico e Tecnol\u00f3gico do Maranh\u00e3o, membro titular do Conselho Estadual das Cidades do Maranh\u00e3o e tem atua\u00e7\u00e3o junto a movimentos sociais.<\/p>\n

Tem experi\u00eancia na \u00e1rea de Planejamento e Projeto Urbano e Regional, com \u00eanfase na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos em ambientes colaborativos, participativos e sustent\u00e1veis, atuando, entre os temas, com inova\u00e7\u00e3o Urbana e Sustentabilidade de S\u00edtios Urbanos de Interesse Social, Cultural e Ambiental.
