Jos\u00e9 Baldoino responde a\u00e7\u00e3o por improbidade administrativa<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Atendendo pedido do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Maranh\u00e3o (MPMA), em A\u00e7\u00e3o Civil P\u00fablica por ato de improbidade administrativa, o Poder Judici\u00e1rio determinou, nesta quinta-feira, 18, o afastamento do prefeito de Bacuri, Jos\u00e9 Baldoino da Silva Nery, pelo prazo de 180 dias.<\/p>\n

A decis\u00e3o atinge, ainda, o presidente da Comiss\u00e3o Permanente de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o (CPL), Gersen James Correia Chagas; a secret\u00e1ria da CPL, Fl\u00e1via Regina Assun\u00e7\u00e3o de Azevedo; a integrante da CPL, Maria Jos\u00e9 dos Santos Nascimento; o pregoeiro Wagno Setubal de Oliveira e o integrante da equipe de apoio Raimundo Nonato Amorim.<\/p>\n

Prop\u00f4s a a\u00e7\u00e3o a promotora de justi\u00e7a Alessandra Darub Alves, titular da Comarca de Bacuri. A decis\u00e3o \u00e9 do juiz Marcelo Santana Farias.<\/p>\n

O MPMA sustentou que a perman\u00eancia dos acusados nas mesmas fun\u00e7\u00f5es e cargos acarretaria risco para a instru\u00e7\u00e3o processual, pois poderiam dificultar a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de provas, al\u00e9m de influenciar testemunhas.<\/p>\n

A Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Bacuri requereu c\u00f3pia, em julho deste ano, de todos os contratos de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o de transporte escolar firmado pelo Munic\u00edpio. Mesmo assim, os documentos n\u00e3o foram encaminhados ao MPMA.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico destacou que os acusados forjaram a licita\u00e7\u00e3o de 2014, fazendo-a de forma retroativa. Para concretizar esse objetivo, eles teriam falsificado a assinatura de um advogado que prestou servi\u00e7os ao Munic\u00edpio de Bacuri.<\/p>\n
