O\u00a0soci\u00f3logo Jowberth Frank Alves da Silva, que at\u00e9 recentemente\u00a0coordenava\u00a0o programa Terra Legal no Maranh\u00e3o \u00e9 o novo\u00a0superintendente regional do Instituto Nacional de Coloniza\u00e7\u00e3o e Reforma Agr\u00e1ria (Incra). A portaria informando a nomea\u00e7\u00e3o do novo gestor do \u00f3rg\u00e3o no estado foi publicada nesta segunda-feira (22), no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o (DOU).<\/p>\n

Jowberth tem especializa\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica em Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas na Universidade do Amazonas\u00a0e\u00a0j\u00e1 solucionou conflitos de terra e promoveu a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria em diferentes regi\u00f5es maranhenses, o que lhe garantiu o apoio de v\u00e1rios segmentos importantes ligados ao setor agr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

Um dos que reconheceu a efici\u00eancia do trabalho realizado por Jowberth foi o Sindicato Nacional dos Peritos Federais e Agr\u00e1rios (SindPFA), regional Maranh\u00e3o, que recentemente aprovou mo\u00e7\u00e3o defendendo a indica\u00e7\u00e3o dele para o cargo. \u201d a indica\u00e7\u00e3o de Jowberth Frank Alves da Silva desponta como uma, sen\u00e3o a melhor indica\u00e7\u00e3o para a Superintend\u00eancia deste \u00f3rg\u00e3o p\u00fablico (o Incra) de maior aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o do homem do campo e de ineg\u00e1veis a\u00e7\u00f5es promotoras de justi\u00e7a social ao agricultor familiar\u201d, assinala o SindPFA.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo desempenho de seu papel como coordenador do programa Terra Legal, contornou com extrema habilidade conflitos existentes entre movimentos sociais no campo e fazendeiros na regi\u00e3o sul do estado, evitando conflitos, como, por exemplo, o da Fazenda Cip\u00f3 Cortado, culminando com a retomada pac\u00edfica da \u00e1rea, permitindo o assentamento de fam\u00edlias pelo Incra\u201d, acrescenta a entidade sindical.<\/p>\n

Desde quando assumiu a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do programa Terra Legal, Jowberth j\u00e1 promoveu uma s\u00e9rie de realiza\u00e7\u00f5es, entre as quais a titula\u00e7\u00e3o de fam\u00edlias posseiras nas regi\u00f5es do Alto Turi, Gurupi e Tocantina, levando o Maranh\u00e3o a se destacar nacionalmente nas a\u00e7\u00f5es de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria. Ao todo, j\u00e1 foram tituladas, na gest\u00e3o do coordenador, cerca de 1.200 fam\u00edlias de trabalhadores rurais. Tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 foram destinados cerca de 50 mil hectares para \u00e1reas urbanas dos munic\u00edpios, beneficiando cerca de 200 mil fam\u00edlias.<\/p>\n

A atua\u00e7\u00e3o de Jowbert tamb\u00e9m se destaca pela media\u00e7\u00e3o e solu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos entre os movimentos de trabalhadores rurais e supostos grileiros da regi\u00e3o Tocantina, para onde, por meio do programa Terra Legal, j\u00e1 foram destinados pelo Incra ceca de 2.700 hectares para cria\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos de assentamento, beneficiando diretamente cerca de 144 fam\u00edlias que h\u00e1 anos estavam em acampamentos nos arredores de fazendas.<\/p>\n
