NOTA DE ESCLARECIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Decis\u00e3o do Ministro Dias T\u00f3ffoli do TSE n\u00e3o muda, em definitivo, resultado da elei\u00e7\u00e3o de Alberto Filho para Deputado Federal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A decis\u00e3o, monocraticamente tomada, pelo Ministro Dias T\u00f3foli de validar os votos do Deoclides Macedo (PDT) carece de decis\u00e3o definitiva, uma vez que, o que decidiu o referido Ministro Presidente do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), em car\u00e1ter liminar, tem por objetivo resguardar ainda decis\u00e3o futura que possa vir a beneficiar o recorrente, acima citado.<\/p>\n

Deste modo, ALBERTO FILHO, j\u00e1 diplomado como Deputado Federal eleito, mant\u00e9m o seu novo mandato outorgado pelo povo maranhense nessas elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2014.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnte o exposto, defiro a liminar para atribuir efeito suspensivo ao recurso extraordin\u00e1rio interposto no RO n\u00ba 405-63\/MA, atualmente sobrestado com base no art. 543-B, \u00a7 1\u00ba, do CPC, at\u00e9 que seja realizado o ju\u00edzo de admissibilidade desta Corte e publicada a respectiva decis\u00e3o\u201d.
