postadas em 25 de novembro. <\/p>\n<p>Nas fotografias, ele aparece manuseando armamento pesado e posando ao lado de viaturas do 3\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o de Pol\u00edcia Militar de Imperatriz, onde circula livremente.<\/p>\n<p>O promotor argumentou que ao expor as imagens do adolescente na internet, o blog e o site \u0093imirante.globo.com\u0094, que reproduziu a mat\u00e9ria, infringiram o artigo 247 da Lei n\u00b0 8.069\/90 (Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente).<\/p>\n<p>Reafirmando sua conduta pautada pela \u00e9tica e pela legalidade e reiterando sua disposi\u00e7\u00e3o de corrigir qualquer ato que v\u00e1 de encontro aos princ\u00edpios legais, este blog cumpriu de imediato a determina\u00e7\u00e3o do promotor Vicente de Paulo Silva Martins. <\/p>\n<p>Entretanto, \u00e9 oportuno frisar que o pr\u00f3prio adolescente exibe as mesmas imagens no Orkut, p\u00e1gina de relacionamento mais popular da internet, aparentemente com a anu\u00eancia de parte da
