{"id":21628,"date":"2015-01-15T15:45:55","date_gmt":"2015-01-15T18:45:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/?p=21628"},"modified":"2015-01-15T15:45:55","modified_gmt":"2015-01-15T18:45:55","slug":"com-repercussao-negativa-dino-recua-e-culpa-gestao-anterior-por-mudanca-do-calendario-de-pagamento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/com-repercussao-negativa-dino-recua-e-culpa-gestao-anterior-por-mudanca-do-calendario-de-pagamento\/","title":{"rendered":"Com repercuss\u00e3o negativa, Dino recua e culpa gest\u00e3o anterior por mudan\u00e7a do calend\u00e1rio de pagamento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O governador Fl\u00e1vio Dino explicou, durante entrevista na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (15) \u00e0 R\u00e1dio S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds AM, que pagar\u00e1 os sal\u00e1rios dos servidores p\u00fablicos estaduais dentro do m\u00eas assim que a situa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira do Governo do Estado for normalizada, em virtude dos d\u00e9bitos deixados pela gest\u00e3o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00f3s divulgamos uma tabela que \u00e9 uma tabela de refer\u00eancia, tabela do dia m\u00e1ximo; na hora em que n\u00f3s tivermos a situa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira estabilizada, n\u00f3s vamos divulgar uma nova tabela, antecipando essas datas para dentro do m\u00eas\u201d, garantiu o governador.<\/p>\n<p>A gest\u00e3o anterior deixou saldo de R$ 24 milh\u00f5es em caixa e uma d\u00edvida de R$1,1 bilh\u00e3o, com uma grande parcela dos pagamentos vencendo neste m\u00eas de janeiro. \u201cN\u00f3s recebemos dinheiro do governo federal nos dias 10, 20 e 30. S\u00e3o tr\u00eas parcelas. Hoje, pela situa\u00e7\u00e3o que n\u00f3s herdamos, vamos precisar da parcela do dia 30 para pagar os servidores. Se fossemos pagar no dia 29 n\u00e3o haveria dinheiro para pagar todos\u201d, explicou o governador.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo \u00e9 divulgar a nova tabela ainda este ano, mas devido \u00e0 revela\u00e7\u00e3o de novos d\u00e9bitos a cada dia, contra\u00eddos pela gest\u00e3o anterior, n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel precisar a data da normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos pagamentos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTemos todo dia uma surpresa, uma d\u00edvida, um contrato, algu\u00e9m cobrando alguma coisa, um segmento cobrando, porque n\u00e3o houve transi\u00e7\u00e3o no Maranh\u00e3o, nenhuma informa\u00e7\u00e3o dessas nos foi repassada.
