mar\u00e7o, requisitar \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Federal que instaure inqu\u00e9rito para apurar den\u00fancia do deputado federal Hildo Rocha feita na tribuna da C\u00e2mara na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (3).<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o parlamentar, Edilomar Nery de Miranda s\u00f3 tivera seu diploma de prefeito da cidade de Senador La Rocque cassado porque n\u00e3o aceitou pagar propina a emiss\u00e1rios de membros da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral maranhense.<\/p>\n<p>Os membros da Corte e o procurador regional eleitoral foram un\u00edssonos em afirmar que a den\u00fancia merece apura\u00e7\u00e3o rigorosa por parte da Pol\u00edcia Federal porque tal fato denigre a imagem da institui\u00e7\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel por garantir o exerc\u00edcio da cidadania.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c9 nosso dever agir com cautela e racionalidade em casos como este para evitar embates desnecess\u00e1rios\u201d, observou Guerreiro J\u00fanior, presidente, que determinou ainda encaminhamento \u00e0 PF de degrava\u00e7\u00e3o de entrevista concedida pelo parlamentar em r\u00e1dio da capital do estado e c\u00f3pia de not\u00edcias publicadas em jornais
