Os profissionais alegam que a baixa remunera\u00e7\u00e3o que recebem (1 sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo, que hoje \u00e9 R$ 788,00) n\u00e3o condiz com a jornada de trabalho extenuante e a responsabilidade da fun\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Como se n\u00e3o bastasse o sal\u00e1rio de mis\u00e9ria, os\u00a0teleatendentes, vinculados \u00e0 empresa Supritech, que presta servi\u00e7o \u00e0 Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (SSP), denunciam\u00a0que tamb\u00e9m\u00a0tiveram o plano de sa\u00fade suspenso por falta de pagamento. Para piorar, o pagamento do vale-refei\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0ao qual t\u00eam direito atrasa com frequ\u00eancia &#8211; o do m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o s\u00f3 foi repassado no final da manh\u00e3\u00a0desta sexta-feira.<\/p>\n<p>Os trabalhadores alertam que o\u00a0descaso compromete o teleatendimento, principal\u00a0canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre a popula\u00e7\u00e3o e as for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica.\u00a0Sentindo-se desvalorizados, alguns profissionais t\u00eam faltado ao servi\u00e7o com frequ\u00eancia, desfalcando as equipes a cada plant\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Import\u00e2ncia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os teleatendentes realizam um servi\u00e7o de extrema import\u00e2ncia: receber, fazer a triagem e direcionar as liga\u00e7\u00f5es emergenciais feitas pela popula\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Militar por meio do telefone 190.
