Com o\u00a0temporal que castigou a cidade desde a madrugada at\u00e9 as primeiras horas da manh\u00e3, o logradouro hist\u00f3rico, situado em pleno cora\u00e7\u00e3o da cidade, encheu-se de \u00e1gua, produzindo, mais uma vez, uma cena deprimente.<\/p>\n<p>As sucessivas cheias s\u00e3o consequ\u00eancias do entupimento da rede de drenagem da pra\u00e7a, que n\u00e3o tem dimens\u00f5es t\u00e3o amplas. A\u00a0solu\u00e7\u00e3o do problema, portanto, \u00e9 relativamente f\u00e1cil. Ainda assim, as autoridades n\u00e3o se mobilizam.<\/p>\n<p>Em meio ao descaso, \u00e9 importante lembrar que a capital conta hoje com uma subprefeitura para cuidar do Centro.
