Mais de 1500 profissionais da \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade, entre eles, a presidente do Conselho Municipal de Secret\u00e1rios Municipais do Estado do Maranh\u00e3o \u2013 COSEMS \u2013 Iolete Soares de Arruda – estiveram reunidos na cidade paranaense de Foz de Igua\u00e7u, participando do I Congresso das Secretarias Municipais de Sa\u00fade das Regi\u00f5es Centro-Oeste, Sudeste e Sul.<\/p>\n

Evento de abrang\u00eancia macrorregional, e tendo como tema \u201cGest\u00e3o do SUS, modelo de aten\u00e7\u00e3o a sa\u00fade: Os Munic\u00edpios e as Solu\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, o congresso teve o claro prop\u00f3sito de discutir necessidades e avan\u00e7os rumo a um processo de regionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o negociado.<\/p>\n

Nos tr\u00eas dias do evento, que terminou na sexta-feira(17), v\u00e1rios temas foram debatidos atrav\u00e9s de palestras tem\u00e1ticas, oficinas, ministradas por profissionais convidados de express\u00e3o nacional, rodas de conversa e mostra de experi\u00eancias dos 10 COSEMS que comp\u00f5em as regi\u00f5es referidas, promovendo a participa\u00e7\u00e3o efetiva dos munic\u00edpios, por meio das trocas entre si.<\/p>\n

Vale ressaltar que paralelo ao I Congresso, ocorreu o XXXI o Congresso Estadual de secretarias municipais do Paran\u00e1 e, ainda, a reuni\u00e3o do Conselho Nacional de Representantes Estaduais (Conares), formado por todos os Cosems.<\/p>\n

Ainda durante o evento, o COSEMS\/MA, com apoio dos demais estados da regi\u00e3o Norte e Nordeste, montou um stand promocional como forma de divulgar o III Congresso Norte Nordeste de Secretarias Municipais de Sa\u00fade, que acontecer\u00e1 de 09 a 12 de junho, no Centro de Conven\u00e7\u00f5es Poeta Ronaldo Cunha Lima, em Jo\u00e3o Pessoa\/PB.<\/p>\n

No encontro, que ter\u00e1 como tema \u201cEquidade na gest\u00e3o do SUS para a redu\u00e7\u00e3o das desigualdades regionais\u201d, acontecer\u00e1 a 1\u00aa mostra Norte\/Nordeste de experi\u00eancias na aten\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
