A comiss\u00e3o ter\u00e1 prazo de 60 dias para concluir os trabalhos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O resgate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O resgate do detento\u00a0ocorreu por volta das 3h do dia 26 de janeiro. Erinaldo, que \u00e9 tetrapl\u00e9gico, foi resgatado por comparsas que estavam em um caminh\u00e3o amarelo, estacionado pr\u00f3ximo ao muro do hospital. Os bandidos entraram no Socorr\u00e3o II sem serem percebidos por vigilantes e policiais militares e tiveram acesso \u00e0 ala onde o preso estava internado, com uma bala alojada na coluna, ferimento que sofreu\u00a0em\u00a0uma troca de tiros com um policial civil dentro do F\u00f3rum Desembargador Sarney Costa, em 31 de julho do ano passado.\u00a0Locomovendo-se\u00a0em um cadeira de rodas, Erinaldo deixou o Socorr\u00e3o II e at\u00e9 hoje est\u00e1 foragido.<\/p>\n<p>O fugitivo\u00a0responde pelo assassinato dos irm\u00e3os empres\u00e1rios Jos\u00e9 Mauro Alves Queiroz, ent\u00e3o com 57 anos, e Jos\u00e9 Queiroz Filho, morto aos 68 anos.
