{"id":2348,"date":"2010-06-22T14:55:57","date_gmt":"2010-06-22T17:55:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/?p=2348"},"modified":"2010-06-22T14:55:57","modified_gmt":"2010-06-22T17:55:57","slug":"tj-determina-afastamento-do-prefeito-de-benedito-leite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/tj-determina-afastamento-do-prefeito-de-benedito-leite\/","title":{"rendered":"TJ determina afastamento e pris\u00e3o do prefeito de Benedito Leite"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2349\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2010\/06\/prefeito-benedito-leite.jpg\" alt=\"prefeito benedito leite\" width=\"121\" height=\"193\" \/>Em decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, 22, a 1\u00aa C\u00e2mara Criminal do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a determinou o afastamento do cargo de administrador municipal do prefeito do munic\u00edpio de Benedito Leite, Raimundo Coelho J\u00fanior, o J\u00fanior Coelho (<strong>foto<\/strong>), que foi condenado ainda a tr\u00eas anos de deten\u00e7\u00e3o, pena que dever\u00e1 ser convertida em presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os \u00e0 comunidade.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o relator do processo, desembargador Raimundo Melo, o prefeito tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 impossibilitado de assumir cargo p\u00fablico por cinco anos, em raz\u00e3o de fraude em procedimento licitat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>Consta nos autos do processo que Raimundo Coelho teve suas contas do exerc\u00edcio de 1996 rejeitadas pelo Tribunal de Contas do Estado (TCE). Conforme o Tribunal, o gestor municipal realizou despesas de R$196.153,39, sem processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o, concorrendo, assim, para a pr\u00e1tica do crime previsto na Lei 8.666\/93, que institui normas para licita\u00e7\u00f5es e contratos da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p>Raimundo Melo destaca que as provas anexadas ao processo demonstram a certeza da exist\u00eancia dos delitos denunciados e da autoria atribu\u00edda ao prefeito, que dever\u00e1 ressarcir os cofres p\u00fablicos do valor relativo \u00e0 dispensa de licita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A den\u00fancia foi oferecida pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Estadual (MPE).
