\"transparencia\"<\/a>O\u00a0Maranh\u00e3o aparece nas \u00faltimas posi\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0no quesito transpar\u00eancia, segundo ranking divulgado nesta sexta-feira pela Controladoria Geral da Uni\u00e3o (CGU). No\u00a0Nordeste, o estado ocupa a vergonhosa\u00a0pen\u00faltima coloca\u00e7\u00e3o, com nota 2,2. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s 27 unidades da federa\u00e7\u00e3o, ficou em 25\u00ba, isto \u00e9, em antepen\u00faltimo.<\/p>\n

Em vez de assumir o erro e\u00a0anunciar medidas para reverter a inc\u00f4moda situa\u00e7\u00e3o, o atual governo, como de costume, prefere culpar a gest\u00e3o anterior, em mais um ato c\u00ednico, que subestima a intelig\u00eancia dos maranhenses.<\/p>\n

\u00c9\u00a0inconceb\u00edvel atribuir a antecessores a omiss\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas do Estado, j\u00e1 que o levantamento analisou os dados (ou a falta deles) do presente. O\u00a0processo governamental \u00e9 cont\u00ednuo, ou seja, t\u00e3o logo acabou a gest\u00e3o\u00a0passada, assumiu a\u00a0nova, chefiada pelo comunista Fl\u00e1vio Dino. Cabe a esta alimentar o site oficial (www.ma.gov.br<\/a>) com informa\u00e7\u00f5es obrigat\u00f3rias e que permitam aos cidad\u00e3os ter conhecimento dos gastos e demais atos de governo, conforme prev\u00ea a Lei de Acesso \u00e0 Informa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Detalhe: os atuais governantes promoveram reformula\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0profunda na p\u00e1gina do Estado na internet. Se h\u00e1\u00a0dados\u00a0pendentes, s\u00f3\u00a0quem fez a mudan\u00e7a tem condi\u00e7\u00f5es de explicar.<\/p>\n

Transpar\u00eancia tem a ver com o que ocorre agora. Quem est\u00e1 no poder hoje n\u00e3o s\u00f3 tem\u00a0a chave do cofre na m\u00e3o, como det\u00e9m\u00a0conhecimento pleno\u00a0da realidade governamental. Tem tamb\u00e9m o dever\u00a0de divulgar, de acordo com os interesses do povo.<\/p>\n
